Delivery

We can post your parcel 1st Class Recorded Delivery which will cost £3.50. The delivery time for this should be 1-4 working days from order. Our more popular 2nd Class Recorded costs £2.50 and usually takes 2-5 working days. Both 1st and 2nd class recorded delivery is insured by ourselves.

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. All items are sent Special Delivery and will be with you before 1pm the next working day. 99% will arrive as promised but occasionally royal mail run slightly late. They travel to you fully insured and the cost for this is £5.50. Some items may not be in stock so please check with us first.
For next working day deliveries please order before 3pm (some items are excluded).

We also deliver Worldwide and the cost for this is £3.50.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery simply return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange. November orders can be exchanged until 14th January and all orders in December have until 14th of January the following year to claim a refund or exchange.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced with no additional delivery charge. Please inform us of this within 2 days of receiving your order.

We do advise when returning an item you get proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for a returned item lost in the post.

Please note that any items that are made to order can not be refunded or exchanged.
