Delivery

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. All items are sent Special Delivery and will be with you before 1pm the next working day. They travel to you fully insured and the cost for this is £4.50.
Alternatively we can post your parcel Recorded Delivery which will cost £2.50. The delivery time for this should be 1-3 days from order.

For next working day deliveries please order before 3pm.

We also deliver Worldwide and the cost for this is £5.50.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods simply return the unused item to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. The delivery charge on the order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced with no additional delivery charge. Please inform us of this within 2 days of receiving your order.

We do advise when returning an item you use Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for a returned item lost in the post.

Please note that any items that are made to order can not be refunded or exchanged.
